Tasting notes:
Discover the flavours of sun-ripened fruits, salted honeycomb,
zingy spiced cocoa and iodine-soaked blood orange,
all bathed in
Atlantic sea spray. Awash with blackberry, sea salt and kumquat, the
lasting finish opens out like the vast ocean itself.
